The Custom Web site package comes complete with your choice of Domain Name, email hosting, design, and Web site hosting for one year. Every year after there is an additional fee for Web site hosting, but reflects the lowest rates anywhere.

With our Corporate Identity Package you get everything included in both of our smaller packages along with custom letterhead, business cards, and envelopes. You also get a more comprehensive and top shelf Web site that rivals all of the big companies out there.

It includes the following:

Custom 7 page corporate Web site hosted for one year with 12 hours of customization included to cover monthly specials, etc.
Your choice of domain name
Email hosting for 20 of your employees (additional email addresses available at a minimal charge)
Custom monthly newsletter
Custom corporate logo on 250 letterhead, business cards, and envelopes
Banner advertising that will reach an additional 100,000 people

Q	How often will I receive my newsletter?
A	In your customer configuration when you log in you can designate monthly, quarterly, or bi-annually.
Q	How do I receive my newsletter?
A	Your newsletter will be automatically emailed to you two weeks prior to the month, quarter, or bi-annual date it is to be used for.
Q	What format does my newsletter come in?
A	Your newsletter is in .pdf format. This utilizes Adobe Acrobat, the industry standard for publications.
Q	What if I want to change my address information?
A	Simply log in to your account and update the information and click save on the bottom of the page. Your address will automatically be updated on your next newsletter.
Q	What if I don't like the Style of newsletter I chose?
A	This is quickly changed by going to our products page and selecting a new Style. After you do, simply log in to your account and select the new style. Your newsletter will automatically be sent in the new style for the next issue.
Q	How do I link to my newsletter from my Web site?
A	Have your Web person contact our support section and they will be happy to provide them with the proper link to always display your most current newsletter.
Q	How do I go about purchasing a turn-key website?
A	Simply fill out the order request and one of our agents will contact you to gather all of your particular information as well as handle your payment.
Q	What is the lead time for creation of my newsletter?
A	After payment is received for your newsletter, your first newsletter will be emailed to you normally within 48 hours. Your next issue forward will be generated automatically and emailed over to you.

Q	What if I want a newsletter that is over two pages, let's say eight, and I want my own format?

Q	What if I want to mail my newsletters out and not email them, what do I do?
A	You just print the newsletter out on your local printer, have a printer you know do it, or use one of the ones that we have a relationship with. Affix your stamp and mailing label and send them off.
